Project and contact information
We collect the information you choose to provide through a contact form, project request, appointment request or project assistant, such as name, email, phone, location, property/building requirements, project scope, budget, timing and supporting files. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your project.
How information is used
We use information to respond to requests, assess project fit and scope, prepare estimates, coordinate agreements and service, maintain business records and protect our systems. A project inquiry permits a response about that inquiry; optional marketing and analytics choices are separate. Visiting this page does not constitute blanket consent to all tracking or acceptance of a service contract.
Service providers and project coordination
Hosting, website forms and communications involve service providers. Our connected project workflows use Base44 and HubSpot for application services and customer-request management, and may use DocuSign for agreements and payment providers when applicable. Relevant details may be shared with providers needed to deliver these services or a disclosed project fulfillment provider. Other sites and providers have their own privacy notices.
Technical information, cookies and Google measurement
Website infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, requested pages and security logs. Google Analytics and advertising-measurement services may process cookies or similar identifiers, page visits, interactions and referral/campaign information where enabled. This website offers “Accept optional,” “Reject optional” and “Privacy choices.” Recognized Google Analytics and Ads tags are held back until you accept the corresponding optional category. You can reopen the cookie settings to change your choice. The preference is remembered for up to 180 days. Essential request and security features remain available.
You can manage cookies through your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Blocking cookies may affect website functionality. Corniel Home has its own accept/reject analytics controls; those choices apply to that application and do not automatically change settings on this WordPress website or third-party sites.
Retention and privacy requests
Information is retained as needed to respond to requests, deliver services, maintain records, handle disputes and meet applicable obligations. To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, withdraw an optional communication preference or raise a privacy concern, email waldy@cornielconstruction.com. We may verify your identity and retain information needed for legal, contractual or security purposes. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
Children and external links
Our project services are intended for adults. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. External websites, embedded services and providers have their own notices and controls.
Cookie information
Google Analytics uses analytics identifiers such as _ga and property-specific _ga cookies. Google Ads can use advertising/click identifiers when the relevant optional category is accepted.
